Agreement

These terms govern your use of LeadPilot, a service operated by ALCANTRA LLC ("LeadPilot", "we", "us") at https://leadpilotdesk.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Questions: admin@leadpilotdesk.com.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity in your workspace, including users you invite. Tell us promptly at admin@leadpilotdesk.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, to impersonate another business or person, to store data you do not have the right to store, or to attempt to access another workspace's data.

You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with the laws and carrier rules that apply to your communications, including obtaining and honoring consent from the people you contact.

Subscriptions, setup fees and billing

LeadPilot is offered on a subscription basis, and some plans include a one-time setup fee. The plan and fees that apply to you are the ones shown at the time you select your plan.

Subscriptions renew for successive periods until cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card details. Setup work already performed is non-refundable once delivered.

Usage-based costs such as messaging, voice minutes, email volume or unusually high AI usage may be subject to fair-use limits or pass-through charges, which will be disclosed before they apply.

Service availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and feature changes may affect availability. Features that depend on an external provider are available only once that provider is connected and approved.

No guaranteed results

We make no promise about a specific number of leads, bookings, response rates or revenue. Outcomes depend on your market, pricing, offer and responsiveness.

SMS program terms

Messages sent through LeadPilot are sent on behalf of, and identify, the specific business a customer contacted. Text messaging is not enabled until our messaging provider is connected and the program is approved by the carriers.

Program purpose: customer-care and inquiry messages, including a one-time follow-up if a call to the business is missed, and replies about a request the customer submitted.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@leadpilotdesk.com.

Carriers and mobile networks are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not responsible for delivery failures outside our control.

Termination

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination you may request an export or deletion of your data by emailing admin@leadpilotdesk.com.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
